What exactly do I get on the free plan?
Up to 10 active projects, unlimited collaborators per project, 60-second compile runs, agnostic Git integration and Mendeley/Zotero sync. No credit card required. Pro lifts the limits: unlimited projects and 480-second compiles.
Can my whole department get Pro?
Yes. That is what the Organizations plan is for: volume licensing, SSO, central administration and invoicing that fits public procurement. Contact sales and we’ll set it up.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. All your projects and their full version history stay intact, and new activity falls back to the free plan’s limits.
Where is my data stored?
Your documents are stored and compiled on our servers in the EU, in ISO 27001-certified data centers, on every plan. If your institution needs a DPA, we sign one with it.
